PCN Resources
New resources are available on the PCN Toolkit, including a nurse practitioner (NP) overview document answering questions about the role of nurse practitioners as providers in teams and within PCNs; NP overhead principles which serves as a guideline for NP overhead allocations provided within PCN service contracts; and an overview of encounter reporting guidelines which provides instructions for clinic set up for encounter reporting within the PCN.
